Positive: The landlord is super hardworking, and the whole place is always kept perfectly clean. Every room has its own private bathroom. The terrace offers stunning views of the snow-capped mountains. The landlord also prepares delicious breakfast for us every morning.

Positive: The highlight of my stay was the exceptional hospitality from Younes, who was always helpful and responsive. I coordinated directly with Farid, the driver, who provided reliable and smooth transport throughout the trip. Their personal service really enhanced my experience and made everything stress-free.
Negative: The location is a bit outside the city, which meant relying on taxis and added to the overall cost. Breakfast was basic, and it would have been nicer to have some fresh fruit included, although Younes kindly provided eggs on request.
Summary: Comfortable stay with great host support, slightly outside the city but overall very pleasant.

Positive: Everything! Every single thing in this home is absolutely Perfect! Clean, Great Breafast to get you started every morning. The unit itself is 5bdrm w/5 full bathrooms between 3 levels, very Riadish with gorgeous rooftop. Our Host... Fantastic! The owner works with his own personal driver to get you wherever you need to go each day of your trip. The location was off set and private yet very close and 10m drive to popular areas.
Negative: Honestly, there's not 1 thing we didnt like. Everything literally was perfect. Alot of stairs and even though my mom uses a walker, she was very motivated to walk up and down the stairs with ease. The unit is not Wheelchair accessible for someone who cannot walk at all though.
Summary: This was the most Beautiful Home ive ever stayed in.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at Younes’s place and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient base. The house itself is excellent - clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged to make guests feel at home straight away. Everything we needed was provided, and the space felt both cosy and practical. The rooftop is the highlight. The location is also a real highlight, with easy access to nearby amenities and transport, making it very convenient for getting around. Also parking is available just outside the house. Younes was an exceptional host throughout our stay. He was warm, kind, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. He made us feel very welcome when visiting a new place - we felt the hospitality from local Tunisians. Communication was smooth and prompt, and his hospitality genuinely made a difference to our overall experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would not hesitate to recommend this place to friends. We would certainly love to return on a future visit.
Negative: There's no lift so you have to climb stairs with your luggages - but it's worth staying the rooms and rooftop are comfy the host is awesome.

Positive: It was Exceeding Expectation, to sum up our experience. I would say one of the best places we have ever stayed in any country. Ours was a big family group of 9 with kids and grand parents. The house in 2 floors was really good and well maintained with a Rooftop having beautiful views of the Atlas Mountains. Enough Bedrooms/ bathrooms for our big group. All bedrooms having quality air conditioning. Neighbourhood, peace and quiet with a shop to buy essentials and Pharmacy very near by too. This is outside of the city limits (approx. 7 Kms) and so there is a bit of struggle to get Taxis, but there is an App with which you can get Taxis. My advise would be to get some Taxi contacts handy when you reach Marrakech or get a car rental. Younes, the host was a gem of a person who was available anytime we need. He cooked excellent Moroccan breakfast (mostly different Moroccan breads, crepes, jam, cheese, egg) every day and even woke up early morning to cook when we had early morning trips. All this while he was down under the weather, bless him!. For one day when he was not able to do breakfast for us, he send us a cake as an apology. We had a medical emergency in the middle of the night and he helped call a Taxi to the Hospital and also offered help in buying medicines from Pharmacy. As mentioned above calling Taxis was a struggle. However Younes will be there for any of your asks, including Taxis. Just ask him and he will get one for you provided you tell him in advance. Despite the medical emergency, we had a wonderful time in Marrakech and with Younes at his beautiful house. Thanks.

Positive: Staying at Maison Mamdy Rooftop was one of the most heartwarming and memorable parts of our trip to Morocco. From the very first moment, the host Younes made us feel like part of his own family. He is not only extremely welcoming and kind, but also genuinely caring—always checking in to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our time, both at his place and throughout our travels in Morocco. Younes went above and beyond, giving us fantastic local advice on where to eat and visit nearby. His hospitality was exceptional, from the delicious breakfasts (a real treat for anyone with a sweet tooth!) to the thoughtful gesture of arranging an early breakfast on the day we started our desert tour. We were also able to leave our car safely near the house with no issues at all, which was a big relief compared to the hectic and sometimes stressful parking situation in the Medina center. The house itself is calm, clean, and very comfortable—a peaceful contrast to the busier parts of Marrakech. If you're traveling with a car, this is truly the ideal place to stay. The area may seem quiet and a bit under construction in parts, but it felt completely safe, and we had no problems at all. There’s even a big shopping mall with a large supermarket just 10 minutes away by car, which was very convenient. The rooftop view of the Atlas Mountains was breathtaking, and sitting there in the mornings or evenings was simply magical. Every detail of our stay was filled with warmth, and Younes and his family gave us a beautiful introduction to the genuine kindness and hospitality of Moroccan people. We are deeply thankful to Younes—his kindness and generosity truly touched our hearts. This was not just a place to sleep, but an experience we will always carry with us. One of the best memories from our entire trip!
Negative: The only small recommendation we’d give to future guests is to double-check the location of the house with any shuttle or transfer services, as there could be some confusion.

Positive: The house is beautiful, the rooms super well decorated and comfortable beds, the rooftop spectacular, and the best part was how we were welcome and treated and guided before and throughout the stay. It was our baby girls Bday and since we were arriving late the night before we were not able to buy/prepare any surprise for her, so Younes filled the house with balloons for our arrival and brought a delicious cake for breakfast. Couldn't be more thankful for this beautiful soul we found far from home... regarding logistics, It's only a 12 min drive to the airport and 10-12 more to the center. A real oasis close to the Medina. And you can safely park your car in front the house!
Negative: To leave the place... Though we will come back!
